By using ATC Sync at https://tolinktouslot.pages.dev, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

1. Description of Service

ATC Sync is a scheduling engine for Air Traffic Controllers to coordinate free time. The service is provided for free for professional coordination and social synchronization.

2. Proper Use

You must not use the application to harass, stalk, or provide false scheduling information. Any misuse of the system may lead to account termination.

3. Google Integration

By enabling Google Calendar Sync, ATC Sync will create a secondary calendar. You remain responsible for the security of your Google account.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

ATC Sync is provided "AS IS". We are not responsible for any scheduling conflicts, missed shifts, or professional errors resulting from the use of the app.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service Provider (Vasileios Evangelakos) is not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the service.
